*Disclaimer: As of January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost under the No Surprises Act. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Below you will find our session rates.

  • Q: How much are services?
    A: We charge $150 per hour for all sessions and payment is due at the time of the appointment.
  • Q: Do you take insurance?
    A: We only take insurance for individual therapy through a third-party (Headway). Headway allows you to use your insurance to pay for therapy. We currently accept United Healthcare, AETNA, Oscar Health, & OSCAR. We do not bill insurance, but we can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  • Q: How do I use the superbill to get reimbursed by my insurance?
    A: Before scheduling an appointment, please call number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about your out of network reimbursement process.
  • Q: Do you offer a sliding-scale?
    A: We offer a sliding scale fee on a case by case basis. We are currently offering a sliding fee scale to college students only.
